Yes, all our VPS plans come with pre-installed VPS monitoring agent called Zabbix. Zabbix is an enterprise-class monitoring solution to monitor the network and applications on various operating systems. Zabbix is capable to monitor numerous network parameters, such as applications, services, availability/performance of infrastructure, hardware resources, server health and integrity, etc. If you want to monitor particular website or service, then it can be handled on request. Each Zabbix agent is connected with our Enterprise Zabbix server and reports the following parameters.
- CPU Load
- Disk Read and Write Throughput
- Utilization of Disk-space
- Number of Processes
- Utilization of RAM
- Incoming/Outgoing data from Network Interface Card
- Availability of Network Services
Zabbix is also equipped with an inbuilt notification system to send the proactive alerts for any service down or high resource usage occurrences. When we receive such alerts on the dashboard, we take prompt actions to resolve them. Usually, the problem is fixed before you come to know that anything had happened.
