Network Wide Port Blocks

We have blocked inbound traffic on some ports network wide for the security reasons. These ports are as bellow :

  • Port 23 (Telnet)
  • Port 135 to Port 139 (NetBIOS)
  • Port 445 (NetBIOS)
  • Port 497 (Backup Software runs on this port)
  • Port 389 (LDAP)
  • Port 68 (DHCP)
  • Port 1433 to Port 1434 (SQL Server)
  • Port 1025 (MS Scheduled Task Endpoint)
Your application will not work if it runs on any of above mentioned port.
