Why my new order is getting rejected and showing "fraud" status?

The new orders passes through our automated order verification system which don't have any human intervention so there are chances of your order being rejected or cancelled by this system.

The possible reasons of rejection could be following :

  • The billing address provided differs with location of the IP address used to place the order.
  • Your IP address belongs to a nation which has historically been involved in fraudulent/unsafe activity.
  • Your email address historically been involved in spamming/fraudulent activity.
  • Your local computer IP address is blacklisted
  • An anonymous proxy(use of own VPN or other IP hide service enabled) used while placing order. Although, our automated order verification system can difrentiate between legit proxies and unsafe proxies.
