Yes, windows VPS comes with pre-configured setup to run PHP sites. You can upload your PHP files on VPS and run your site without any issue. If you have selected any control panel to be installed in VPS, PHP will be pre-installed in your VPS. If you are not planning to install control panel on VPS, you can add a note in order to setup PHP on your VPS and we will install it for you.
